Hey, how did you hear about the San Francisco Renaissance and who have you read so far? I only see On The Road on your favorite books list, which is great but not really identified with SF. What's interesting to me is that the Literary Renaissance is exactly what turned me on to poetry when I was 17. Ferlinghetti's Coney Island of the Mind made an enormous impression on me. I read it continuously throughout my senior year. I wonder if it is still in print. Oh, by the way, Quadrophenia is also one of my all-time favorite movies. If you want, send me an email at ponderingpig@ponderingpig.com
